Socialist Policy in Cambodia

People do not have time to do every thing, study from every country etc. Let me give a big example. Cambodia was a colony of France. There have been many students who go to study in France and thus, adopt many socialist policies in France.

Japan put 5% consumption tax, and just increased to 7% after heated debate. Cambodia has adopted 10% consumption tax.

To build a building, in my case my school, I have to pay close to $1000 in tax.

Politicians like to tax and use the tax revenue to spend under their names.
